grant recommendation.

2. Donor designates area of charitable interest:
Drug & Alcohol Dependence, Poverty, Environment,

Education, Health Care, Medical Research

3. AGF Board approves grant(s) to list of charities
in area of interest (maintained by the Board)

OR makes grants in its discretion to national
charities
